The “Capua Villa” is the house on block 33. Alfred Shaw also owned block 30 but I’m not sure who lived in the house. Block 18 adjoined the Shaw property and it and blocks 19, 20 & 21 were owned by Alfred’s brother-in-law Hugh Robert Thomas. His address was given in the 1873 Sands & McDougall directory as Carlisle Street but by the time of his death in 1881 the family was living at 33 Albert Street, Windsor.
